Purposes of Use of Personal Information

One REIT, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “One REIT”) handles personal information of the data subject (the person) within the scope necessary to perform tasks and to achieve the purposes of use below, and does not use personal information beyond that scope.

(1)	To execute the rights of unitholders in One REIT and to perform the duties of One REIT pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (hereafter referred to as the “Investment Trust Act”), the Companies Act, and other related laws and regulations
(2)	To provide information, etc. concerning the business of One REIT to its unitholders
(3)	To prepare and submit various reports, etc. concerning One REIT pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Investment Trust Act, the Companies Act, other related laws and regulations, and financial instruments exchange rules; and to prepare data on its unitholders.
(4)	To respond to inquiries, requests for materials, etc. directed at One REIT
(5)	To facilitate borrowings by One REIT, to issue investment corporation bonds, and to issue additional investment units
(6)	To facilitate the acquisition of investment assets by One REIT, to perform investigations and study potential acquisitions, and to perform tasks relating to the sale of such investment assets
(7)	To facilitate the leasing of investment assets by One REIT
(8)	To enable One REIT to perform its other tasks appropriately and smoothly
(9)	To provide personal information to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the Purposes of Use described above
